Alikem Brese

Alikem Brese has a strong background in housing development and consultancy. Alikem is currently the Head of Design and Quality at Paradigm Housing Group since August 2018. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of KEMBARB LIMITED, a project services consultancy, from November 2014 to July 2018. Alikem also worked as a Regional Development Manager at Metropolitan Housing Partnership from March 2009 to September 2012. Alikem has experience as a Director of Business Development at Granta Housing Society from February 2006 to March 2009 and as a Senior Development Manager at Peabody from September 2004 to February 2006. Additionally, Alikem worked as a Freelance Housing Development Consultant from October 2012 to October 2014, focusing on advising and collaborating with various developers and companies on affordable housing and commercial projects in West Africa.

Alikem Brese has a strong educational background in the field of architecture. Alikem began their studies in 1980 at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Architecture in 1985. Continuing their education, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture from the same institution, completing it in 1987. In 1992, Alikem attended the University of Westminster, earning a Post Graduate Certificate in Architecture by 1994. Finally, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Construction Project Management at the University of Reading from 1998 to 2000.
