Georgina Bush-Lambert

Georgina Bush-Lambert has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Georgina started their career at Thomas Cook in 1998 as a Sales Consultant and later became a Customer Service Manager. In 2000, they joined The Life Channel as a Contracts Manager and later served as a Customer Relations Manager. Georgina'sresponsibilities included maintaining relationships with key contacts, conducting market research, and generating leads.

In 2002, Georgina joined NHBC, where they held several roles, including Commercial Assistant, Commercial Senior Assistant, Commercial Team Leader, and Commercial Auditor and Trainer. Georgina also served as Assistant Commercial Manager, overseeing compliance with NHBC's Register and managing a team of 40 operatives. Georgina then became a Project Manager, leading the development of NHBC's Home User Guide web portal.

Since 2013, Georgina has been working at Paradigm Housing Group, where they first served as a Business Transformation Analyst, leading medium and large-scale transformation projects. Georgina provided project management and business analyst support while working as part of the Programme Management Office. Later, they became the Process and Systems Manager and then the Process, Systems, and Data Manager. In April 2022, they took on the role of Head of Customer Data and Insight, where they are responsible for managing and delivering corporate projects.

Throughout their career, Georgina has demonstrated skills in project management, business analysis, team management, compliance management, and customer relations.

Georgina Bush-Lambert attended Buckinghamshire New University from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a foundation degree in Business Management. In 2016, they obtained the Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Additionally, in the same year, they also obtained the PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Later, in 2017, Georgina obtained the Prince2 Practitioner Certificate in Project Management, also from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
