Jayne Kaye

Jayne Kaye has over 30 years of work experience in various governance and compliance roles. Jayne is currently the Head of Governance and Compliance at Paradigm Housing Group since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Company Secretary at IntelliQA Limited, where they handled all legal aspects of the company including contracts and agreements. From 2019 to 2022, Jayne served as the Governance Manager and Group Secretary at settle, overseeing governance functions. Jayne was also a Governance Officer at Peabody from 2014 to 2019, and a Corporate Governance Officer at NHS North West London Commissioning Support Unit in 2014. Jayne's earlier career includes roles as a Company Secretary at Brickendon Consulting from 2010 to 2012, and at KSW Solutions Limited from 1995 to 2009. Jayne began their career in the Ministry of Justice, where they gained extensive knowledge and experience within the Court Service.

Jayne Kaye obtained a BA Hons degree in History & Politics from the University of Hull from 1986 to 1989. Later, they pursued a Diploma in Management Studies at the University of Hertfordshire from 1991 to 1992. In 2009, Jayne Kaye completed a Graduate Diploma in Law at the same university. Jayne then went on to obtain an LPC degree in Law from the University of Hertfordshire in 2010-2011. In 2015-2019, Jayne Kaye completed their education at The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland, receiving a GradICSA degree with a specialization in Governance.
