Mandi Janezeck

Mandi Janezeck, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and training. Mandi started their career in 2002 as an Assistant Manager at Carrabba's Italian Grill, where they managed a large staff and was responsible for various operational tasks. From 2004 to 2010, they took on the role of Regional Service Manager at the same company, focusing on training and development for front-of-house operations in multiple locations. In 2010, they transitioned to the position of National Training Director at Carrabba's Italian Grill, overseeing training programs on a national level. In 2014, they joined RA Sushi Bar Restaurant as the Director of Training and Development, contributing to the company's training initiatives. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Manager at Paradigm, Incorporated, and has recently been promoted to the role of Human Resources Director.

Mandi Janezeck, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Newberry College. Mandi recently obtained certifications as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in September 2021.
