Barry Horner

Barry Horner has a wealth of experience in the financial planning industry, currently serving as the Co-Founder & CEO of Paradigm Norton Financial Planning. Additionally, Barry is a Board Trustee at Third Hope Africa, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support and hope to ex-child soldiers in Northern Uganda. Barry has also held roles as a Board Member and Trustee at organizations such as Deki and the International Centre for Families in Business. Barry's expertise and dedication to the financial planning profession are evident from their time as a Director and President at the Institute of Financial Planning.
