Louisa Caldwell

Louisa Caldwell holds a Bachelor's Degree in Outdoor Adventure Leadership and Psychology from Ithaca College. Louisa has held various roles in different companies, starting as a Field Guide at Open Sky Wilderness Therapy to their current position as Assistant Vice President at Paradigm Properties & Paradigm Capital Advisors. Louisa has gained experience in operations, property management, facilities coordination, and more throughout their career. Louisa has also worked in outdoor education as a Special Programs Instructor, Climbing Instructor, and Camp Counselor. Louisa has also served as a Level 1 Facilitator at the Cornell Team & Leadership Center.
