He has more than 30 years of experience working with all phases of personal and real property taxation in both the public and private sector and extensive experience in analysis and valuation of income-producing properties, as well as providing compliance, strategic planning, and litigation support services. Todd specializes in complex properties, including special purpose facilities, wireline/wireless, airline, manufacturing, food service, high tech, and oil & gas, and aerospace.
