Lucy Nguyen

Lucy Nguyen, LMFT, currently serves as the Executive Director at Paradigm Treatment, overseeing mental health residential program operations for adolescents and young adults since July 2021. With a rich background in clinical care, Lucy has held various roles including Clinical Director, Program Director, and Therapist at Paradigm Malibu Treatment from December 2015 to July 2021. Additional experience includes counseling at Clearview Women's Center and serving as a Mental Health Therapist for Fullerton School District. Lucy maintains a private practice since March 2017. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine.
