Dominique Little

Dominique Little is a skilled professional in government affairs and policy operations, currently serving as the Government Affairs Lead at Paradigm since December 2022, after holding several positions including Senior Associate for Policy Operations and Policy Associate. Dominique is also a Board Member at the Blockchain Foundation since March 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Legislative Correspondent focused on technology and telecommunications for Senator Booker in the United States Senate, where responsibilities included monitoring congressional activities and conducting research on various technological issues. Additional roles encompassed Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff and Deputy Scheduler within the Senate office, as well as a Finance Assistant for Cory 2020 and leadership in the Rutgers University Student Assembly. Dominique holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Rutgers University.
