Gina Moon

Gina Moon serves as General Counsel at Paradigm, a research-driven investment firm specializing in crypto technologies since February 2024. Previously, Gina held the position of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at OpenSea, leading Legal, Policy, and Compliance teams at the premier NFT marketplace from August 2021 to February 2024. Gina's earlier experience includes roles at Facebook as Director and Associate General Counsel, focusing on regulatory matters, and at Uber as Senior Counsel for Litigation, where strategic management of high-exposure cases was paramount. Gina's legal career began at Clarence Dyer & Cohen LLP and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, with a foundational law clerk position at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Gina holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Science, Technology and Society from Stanford University.
