Jose Maria Carcelen Mazcuñan

Jose Maria Carcelen Mazcuñan has over 15 years of experience in project management and agile methodologies. Currently serving as Agile Delivery Lead and Scrum Master at Paradigma Digital since August 2022, Jose Maria facilitates agile transformations. Previously, roles included Technical Project Manager and Product Owner at ITERIAM for Sanitas, leading development projects, and managing both internal and external teams. At Allfunds Bank, served as Project Manager and Scrum Master, overseeing the company's first agile transformation initiative. Earlier experiences at GMV involved project management across various satellite control and online channel projects, along with programming roles at Seture Outsourcing Services, HP CDS, and ISOIN, focusing on data solutions and web application development. Jose Maria holds a degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de València.
