Chris Marfisi

Principal Director Data Analytics at Paradigm

Chris Marfisi's work experience starts in 2013 at Robert Sparks Attorneys, where they first served as the Director of Finance. In this role, they managed accounting and CRM data warehouses, oversaw financial operations, and maintained relationships with creditors. Chris also led meetings and reviews. Later in 2013, Chris became an Economic Consultant at the same firm, where they established a claims processing division for the Deepwater Horizon Economic Class Action Settlement. Chris developed damage calculators and managed the submission of millions of dollars in claims.

Chris then joined Paradigm in 2016 as the Director of Business Analytics before being promoted to Senior Director of Data & Analytics in 2019. In these roles, they played a significant role in utilizing data and analytics to drive business decisions. As of 2022, Chris holds the position of Principal Director, overseeing data and analytics at Paradigm.

Chris Marfisi has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Economics from Florida State University. They also have a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics with Honors and a Minor in Mathematics, also from Florida State University. In addition to their academic degrees, Chris has obtained several certifications including Mastering DAX Workshop from SQLBI in April 2017, On-Line Analytical Processing, Relational Algebra, and SQL certifications from Stanford University in 2017.
