Kratu Desai

Kratu Desai has a diverse work experience in various roles related to software engineering, design, and web development.

In 2012, they worked as a Graphic Designer and Web Developer for LifeSize, a division of Logitech. They managed the production of marketing materials and collaborated with various teams to create web and print media, ad campaigns, package design, and more.

In 2014, they worked at Golfsmith International as a Graphic Designer and later as a Production Lead at Tocquigny. They created web layouts, mock-ups, digital ads, email templates, and other collateral for clients while maintaining branding and requirements.

In 2015, Kratu joined Centene Corporation as a Graphic Designer & Web Developer in the marketing and communication team. They developed landing pages using Adobe Experience Manager, HTML5, CSS3, and Photoshop.

They also worked as a Web Developer at Golfsmith International, where they created web elements and email marketing materials using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.

In 2018, Kratu started working at the University of Texas at Austin as an Online Tutor and Teaching Assistant for full-stack web development programs and UI/UX design boot camps. They supported students individually, provided feedback, and guided them in understanding topics and solving problems.

In 2018, they also participated in the Full-Stack Web Development Program at UT Austin Boot Camps.

From 2021 to 2022, Kratu worked as a Full Stack Software Engineer at HomeCare Connect, and since 2022, they have been working as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at Paradigm.

Throughout their career, Kratu has demonstrated expertise in full-stack software engineering, web development, design, and providing support and services to clients and organizations.

Kratu Desai attended Mudra School of Fine Arts from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Diploma in Design and Applied Arts. From 2006 to 2010, they studied at Austin Community College and earned a BFA in Arts & Design. Following that, they attended Texas State University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a BFA in Communication Design. In 2018, Kratu enrolled in the Full-stack Web Development Program at The University of Texas at Austin, specializing in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design. Alongside their formal education, they pursued various certifications, including learning Java, Learning Spring with Spring Boot, Learning Java 8, and Responsive Web Design. Kratu also obtained certifications in social media marketing, SEO, email and newsletter marketing, mobile marketing, Sass Essential Training, Learning AngularJS 1, Adobe XD CC Essential Training: Design, Learning ECMAScript 6, Learning React.js, Learning Git and GitHub, and MySQL Essential Training.
