Mahender Rathor PMP, ACP, CSM, CSPO has over 30 years of experience in IT project management and development. Mahender is currently serving as the Director of Application Development and Implementation at Paradigm. Prior to that, they worked at Blue Shield of California as a Senior Manager of Solution and Delivery, Corporate Services, where they also served as a Scrum Master Principal. Before that, Mahender worked at AgreeYa Solutions as a Senior Program Manager, overseeing various Agile projects and leading a team of consultants. Mahender also worked at the Department of State Hospital (Agreeya) as a Senior IT Strategy Consultant, focusing on Rapid Application Development and Agile practices. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Aetna, Coventry Health Care, First Health/Health CareCompare, Health Care Compare, Modis, and Perinatal Health, where they gained extensive experience in application development, team management, and system integration. Mahender's expertise spans across various industries, including healthcare, insurance, and public sector. Mahender holds certifications in Project Management (PMP), Agile (ACP, CSM, CSPO), and has a strong background in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

Mahender Rathor has a Master's degree in Computer Science from California State University, Chico. Mahender also holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College. In addition to their formal education, Mahender has obtained several certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and the Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Mahender is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, Mahender has completed the DevOps for Data Scientists certification from LinkedIn and the Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) certification from LinkedIn.
