Michelle Baker

Michelle Baker has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Michelle is currently employed at Paradigm as the Director of Clinical Resource Operations, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Manager of Clinical Resource Operations at Paradigm.

Michelle also has experience with the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC). Michelle is currently serving as the Immediate Past Chair of the Commission, starting in June 2021. Additionally, they have been a Board Member of the Commission since June 2015.
