Service Desk Analyst at Paradigm

Nic Bardea has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support. Nic started their career as a Desktop Support at IKON Office Solutions in 1999 and worked there until 2000. Next, they joined Clorox as a Sr. IS Technician in 2001 and held the position until 2007. During their tenure at Clorox, they were responsible for managing user accounts and roles across multiple systems and providing daily support to a user base of 8000+. Following that, they joined Nestlé USA in 2007 as a Client Support Specialist. At Nestlé USA, their responsibilities included providing support to 300 end users and executives, managing OS support for various devices, and leading the migration of office locations to Windows 7. Currently, Nic is working at Paradigm Management Services as a Service Desk Analyst since 2014.

Nic Bardea attended Diablo Valley College from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree. Following this, from 1997 to 1999, Nic attended Heald College and earned an AAS degree in Computer Technology.
