Tom leads Paradigm’s finance organization and directs M&A to expand the company’s reach and impact. Tom is also a member of Paradigm’s Board of Directors. Before joining Paradigm, Tom was CFO, treasurer, and VP of Coventry Health Care, and he worked in auditing at Ernst & Young.
