Tribhuwan K. has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Starting in 1995, Tribhuwan worked as an Executive Systems at Cistems Software Ltd. From 1997 to 1998, Tribhuwan served as a Technical Consultant at IIS InfoTech Ltd, where they were responsible for the analysis and development of the Center operations module of MIS.

In 1998, Tribhuwan joined ST Microelectronics as a System Analyst, where they were involved in various phases of the SDLC and provided integration support to front-end programmers. They were later promoted to the role of Technical Project Lead, where they managed Divisional Order and Sales Order projects and provided technical guidance to a team of six people. Tribhuwan also served as the Module Leader for Project Immediate Delivery, a web application launched on ST's Intranet and Extranet Portals.

From 2000 to 2003, Tribhuwan worked as an IT Consultant at MEGA-TECH, Inc. (Client: First Health Inc), leading a team of consultants and providing solution architecture, systems design, and training & mentoring for various healthcare projects. Tribhuwan implemented a Java framework for managing service calls using Tuxedo API.

In 2003, Tribhuwan joined First Health Inc as a Technical Specialist/Sr App Dev Consultant, specializing in Group health CRM, Claim and Utilization Review/Care Management, and Rx Management. After Coventry Healthcare acquired First Health Inc in October 2004, Tribhuwan continued their role until 2005.

From 2005 to 2013, Tribhuwan worked as an Application Development Manager at Coventry Health Care, specializing in the design and development of healthcare CRM systems for Workers Compensation, Medicare, Medicaid, and Group health.

In 2013, Tribhuwan joined Aetna as a Manager Application Development, continuing their specialization in healthcare CRM systems for Workers Compensation, Group Health, Medicare D, and Medicaid. They also gained expertise in program-level application integration, migration, development, and delivery of multiple projects with on-shore and off-shore consultants.

Most recently, in 2020, Tribhuwan assumed the role of Director of Information Technology Application Development at Paradigm.

Tribhuwan K. began their education at St Xavier School, where they completed their high school degree in Economics from 1979 to 1990. Tribhuwan then attended the University of Rajasthan from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a field of study in Economics. Following that, Tribhuwan pursued a diploma in Computer Science, earning an A Level degree from the Department Of Electronics (DOE) accreditation in 1994-1995. In 1995-1997, they enrolled in the All India Management Association and completed a post-graduate diploma in Management Information Systems (PG-MIS). Tribhuwan further expanded their education by attending Northern Illinois University from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Business Management.
