Vicki Lines has a diverse work experience spanning over 35 years. Vicki has held various roles in healthcare organizations, including Paradigm, Chesapeake Disability Management, MedStar Health (now Medstar Family Choice), Bay Area Health Care (now VNA Home Health of Maryland), Staff Builders Home Care (now TLC Home Care), Greater Baltimore Medical Center, Cross Country TravCorps, and Medical College of Virginia Hospital (now Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center).
Vicki'smost recent position was as Senior Director of Business Application Development at Paradigm, where they provided business leadership for application development and new product development. Vicki collaborated with stakeholders, IT, executive management, and end users to design, develop, implement, and improve applications. Vicki also promoted the adoption of new processes and technologies to support quality care and professional practice.
Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Clinical Informatics at Paradigm, where they served as a change agent to promote adoption of new processes and technologies. Vicki also facilitated the implementation and integration of electronic health records and clinical information systems.
Vicki also has experience as a Clinical Systems Informatics Analyst and Supervisor of Application Training at Paradigm.
Before joining Paradigm, they worked at Chesapeake Disability Management as a Senior Case Manager and Catastrophic Case Manager, where they were responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the medical, psycho-social, financial, and vocational needs of injured workers. Vicki also coordinated treatment programs and goals to maximize recovery and return to work outcomes.

Vicki Lines MSN RN-BC CCM completed their education in a chronological manner. Vicki began by obtaining their high school diploma from Thomas Jefferson High School in Alexandria, Virginia in 1984. Vicki then attended Northern Virginia Community College from 1983 to 1986, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Nursing. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree at Western Governors University from 2013 to 2014. Finally, in 2014-2015, they furthered their education at Western Governors University, completing a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree with a focus on Leadership and Management.
In addition to their educational qualifications, Vicki has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Vicki became a Workers Compensation Case Manager (RN-WCCM) through the Maryland Board of Nursing in April 2000. The following year, they received their Case Management Certification (CCM) from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) in December 2001. Most recently, in July 2015, they obtained their Board Certification in Nursing Informatics (RN-BC) from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
