Megan Maldonado has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. In 2013, they started working at Paradigm as a Referral Intake Coordinator, where they managed and coordinated referrals for specialty care management. Megan then progressed within the company and held positions such as Clinical Services Coordinator, Sales Enablement Specialist, and Director of Sales Operations. In their current role at Paradigm as the Sr. Director of Sales Operations, Megan is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of the organization. Prior to joining Paradigm, Megan worked at The Base Studio as a Visual Effects Coordinator and 3D Animator from 2011 to 2012. Megan also gained experience as a Production Assistant at Multivision Productions from 2007 to 2011. Megan's work experience showcases their ability to adapt to different roles and industries, with a focus on sales operations and coordination.

Megan Maldonado, WCP, holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Animation and Visual Effects, which they obtained from the Academy of Art University between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they attended Saint Mary's College of California, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their academic achievements, Megan Maldonado holds the AMCOMP Workers' Compensation Professional Designation. Megan received this certification from the American Society of Workers' Compensation Professionals in December 2020.
