Prior to Paradigm, Elea worked at a social impact B-Corp building deep relationships with the top tech, venture capital, and Fortune 500 companies. While there, she fostered partnerships to raise capital, deepen engagement, and create jobs for diverse engineering talent. She enjoys a high level of cross-organizational collaboration to drive outcomes.

In her spare time she helps run a fundraiser called Queer Soup Night, hones her ping pong skills, and dabbles in amateur home renovation. Elea holds a Master of Public Health degree with a concentration in Health Behavior and Health Promotion.
