Taillur McEachern

Taillur brings eight years of Revenue Operations and Systems experience to Paradigm.

She has a successful track record in building revenue tech stacks from the ground up, collaborating across departments to improve processes, growing and managing a strong systems team, and providing analysis that influences action. In her previous roles at Electric Ai and GroundTruth, Taillur supported Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing teams to provide insights and scope tech solutions within fast-paced startup environments.

Taillur is passionate about DEI and hopes to have a positive cultural impact in any company she joins. She spearheaded the first ERG at her previous company organizing events, DEI panels, volunteer opportunities, and networking events for marginalized communities. Some events she is especially proud of are The March on Washington(2020), AfroTech Booth, Juneteenth Annual Party, and work with The Last Mile.
