Vinh Jones

Vinh is the product leader for Paradigm Blueprint, which helps organizations become more diverse, equitable, and inclusive. He brings 14 years of SaaS experience across both Customer Success and Product, from small pre-seed startups to large public enterprise companies.

Prior to Paradigm, Vinh was the product director for a small HR analytics startup. He started his career in the collaboration and social media space at Jive Software, joining at Series A and having the privilege of helping Jive through an IPO and acquisition.

Vinh holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University.
