Bertin Radifera

Bertin Radifera currently serves as the Managing Director at PARADIGMoffice since October 2024. Prior to this role, Bertin held the position of Associate Principal at Hickok Cole from March 2015 to September 2024. From 2002 to 2017, Bertin was the Owner and Principal Architect at Radifera Design Group, LLC. Additional experience includes serving as Principal at SKB Architecture & Design from February 1993 to February 2003, and Project Architect at Kerns Group Architects from January 1987 to January 1993. Bertin began a career in architecture as a Staff Architect at Parker/Bradley Architects in 1986. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Architecture and Building Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, earned between 1981 and 1986, as well as foundational education at Washington International School from 1970 to 1981.
