Rachel Martin

Rachel Martin is the Head of People at Paradine since October 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a HR Manager at Rotork and as a HR Business Partner at Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare. They also served as the Head of Finance and Process at Awesome Merchandise. In addition to their professional endeavors, Rachel has volunteered as a Helpline Volunteer at Pregnant Then Screwed. They obtained a Master of Arts degree in Modern History from the University of Leeds in 2014.
