Charles Allen

Charles Allen is an experienced project manager currently overseeing solar installation and integration projects at Paradise Energy Solutions, LLC since October 2015. Previously, from January 2014 to October 2015, Charles served as a systems engineer at TekSolv, where responsibilities included designing and troubleshooting industrial automation solutions with a focus on Siemens PLCs. Charles began a career in flight testing as a flight test engineer at NAVAIR from June 2009 to January 2014, planning and executing flight tests for US Navy aircraft. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State University.
