Nichole Baldwin

Nichole Baldwin is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in education and youth services. Currently serving as a New Hire Trainer and Administrative Assistant at ACES since November 2020, Nichole manages incoming communications and conducts client and staff follow-ups. Nichole also works as an On-Call Residential Counselor at Paradise Oaks Youth Services, advocating for the success of youth and supervising activities. Previously, Nichole held roles including Registered Behavioral Technician at ACES, Lead Sales Associate at Erwin Pearl Inc., and Associate Teacher at Sonoma State University's Children's School. Nichole earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Sonoma State University, further enhancing expertise in developmental needs and behavioral support.
