Jim Gross

Jim Gross is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as General Manager at Paradise Point Resort & Spa since September 2020. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Senior Vice President of Asset Management at AJ Capital Partners from September 2019 to August 2020 and was the Corporate Director of Operations at Pivot Hotels & Resorts from August 2017 to August 2019, where Jim also acted as Interim General Manager at The Don CeSar Hotel. Additional experience includes serving as Hotel General Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld and General Manager at Embassy Suites San Diego Bay under HEI Hotels & Resorts. Jim started their career at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants as General Manager of the Sir Francis Drake Hotel while also taking on the role of Director of Operations in San Francisco. Jim holds an AAS in Hospitality Management from Sullivan County Community College and graduated from Union Endicott High School.
