Koray Benson

Koray Benson, MBA, is an experienced operations and plant manager currently serving as the Plant Manager at Paradise Tomato Kitchens since April 2024. Prior to this role, Koray held the position of Senior Operations Manager at GE Appliances from February 2022 to April 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing processes and ensuring quality and cost objectives. As Co-Founder of Role Tea from March 2016 to June 2019, Koray developed a unique ready-to-drink iced tea product. Additionally, Koray operated as a Franchise Owner for DetailXPerts Franchise, providing eco-friendly mobile detailing services from July 2016 to December 2017. Earlier experience includes Operations Manager roles at ITW and Miller Electric Mfg Co., focusing on continuous improvement strategies, and Program Manager at Navistar Inc. in their Engineering Operations Development Program. Educationally, Koray holds an MBA from the Indiana Institute of Technology and a Master's in Industrial and Systems Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
