Laura Defazio

Laura DeFazio, SHRM-CP, PHR, serves as the Workforce Development Manager at Paradise Tomato Kitchens since January 2022. Prior to this role, Laura DeFazio spent nearly two decades at L&N Federal Credit Union, progressing from Member Service Representative to Training Specialist and ultimately Training & Development Manager. Responsibilities included managing the organizational learning and development function, creating and executing annual strategic plans, and overseeing a significant budget of over $150,000. Laura DeFazio has a strong background in instructional design, developing diverse training curriculums across various platforms, and conducting needs assessments in collaboration with stakeholders. Laura DeFazio holds a Master of Arts in Teaching and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Louisville.
