Neel Bradham

Neel Bradham is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Parador, a global interiors brand specializing in both commercial and residential markets. With a robust background in management and strategy, Neel previously held key positions such as Vice President and General Manager at Milliken & Company, where responsibilities spanned multiple markets, and Vice President of Global Business Development and Strategy at Mohawk Industries, the largest flooring manufacturer worldwide. Neel's career also includes founding and leading SPIORAD Capital, as well as significant roles at BIP Capital and Interface, Inc. Additionally, Neel's earlier experience at Ernst & Young and Stanford Keene provided a foundation in strategy and mergers and acquisitions. Neel holds an MBA in Strategic Planning and Corporate Finance from the University of Georgia and a BA in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
