Joanne Mateer

Joanne Mateer is an accomplished marketing and strategy professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy at Paradowski Creative since January 2023, Joanne previously held positions such as Senior Brand Marketing Manager at Twinkl Educational Publishing and Marketing Manager at Harper James Solicitors. With a solid foundation in content strategy from a role as Content Team Lead at theWorkshop, Joanne has demonstrated expertise in audience-centered content development. Earlier in their career, advocacy and development work for the Heritage Lottery Fund and project management for Sheffield Hallam University's Diversity Enabling Framework showcased a diverse skill set. Joanne holds a BA Hons and MA in English and Spanish from the University of Oxford, as well as an MA in Screen Arts focused on Film Producing and Screenwriting from Sheffield Hallam University.
