Enterprise Account Director - Growth Markets at Paradox

Dan Koprowicz has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Dan is currently serving as an Enterprise Account Director - Growth Markets at Paradox starting from October 2019. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, they worked as an Enterprise Sales Executive at Appian Corporation, where they provided low-code development solutions to global organizations. From 2016 to 2017, Dan held the position of Senior Account Executive at Glint Inc., assisting leading brands in improving employee engagement and performance. Dan also worked at CEB (now Gartner) from 2006 to 2016 as a Senior Enterprise Business Development Manager, specializing in talent assessment solutions. Before that, from 2003 to 2006, they served as a Sales Consultant at Insperity, responsible for selling HR services to small to medium-sized businesses. Earlier in their career, Dan held various roles, including Application Consultant at Aprimo, Worldwide Sales at IBM, and Radar & Navigation Systems Technician in the Air National Guard. Dan also worked as an Account Executive at Sirius Systems / Software Artistry and was responsible for VAR Channel Sales at System Builder Technologies.

Dan Koprowicz completed their education in a chronological manner. Dan started their education at Wooster High School from 1982 to 1986, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Following that, in 1986 to 1987, Dan attended Weapons Control Systems at Lowry Air Force Base in Denver, CO. During this period, they studied Electronics, Radar, and Missile Firing Systems specifically for the F-4 Phantom E/G Model Fighter Jets. Later, from 1991 to 1994, they enrolled in The University of Akron and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Marketing and Sales Management. Lastly, in 2022, they briefly participated in a program titled "Mastering Sales: a Toolkit for Success" at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
