Joseph I

Joseph I is a seasoned professional in product and data analytics, currently serving at Paradox since December 2024 and as an Advisory Board Member at the Society for People Analytics. Previously, Joseph co-founded and led eqtble, an enterprise people analytics platform acquired by Paradox. Joseph's experience also includes acting as an advisor and angel investor for various companies since 2021, and holding the role of Director of People Analytics & HR Technology at Snap Inc., where Joseph oversaw significant enhancements to HR technology and data accuracy. Joseph holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics from Bentley University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Communication from Belhaven University.
