Kiersten Gilbert

Kiersten Gilbert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic solutions consulting and project management. Currently serving as a Team Lead for Strategic Solutions Consulting at Paradox since April 2021, Kiersten previously worked with The Adecco Group as a Strategy & Transformation Project Manager, where data-driven insights and project governance were utilized to implement strategic initiatives. Earlier roles include Client Operations Manager at Beeline, Governance and Change Manager at Pontoon Solutions, and various positions focusing on project and knowledge management. Kiersten holds a Master of Science in Sustainability and Management from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Sustainability Studies from the University of Florida.
