Laura Martin

Laura Martin has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 at Baxter Credit Union as a Talent Acquisition Representative. In this role, they provided staffing support, conducted interviews, and collaborated with business partners to identify talent trends.

In 2014, Laura joined Echo Global Logistics as a Corporate Recruiter, where they creatively sourced candidates, conducted interviews, and created candidate profiles and assessments. Laura later became a Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing the Corporate Recruiting team and driving efficiencies in the recruitment process.

Most recently, Laura joined Paradox in 2020 as a Client Success Director.

Laura Martin attended the University of Iowa from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. In December 2018, they also obtained a Project Management Certificate from DePaul University.
