Morgan Sampson

Client Success Manager at Paradox

Morgan Sampson's work experience began in 2017 as a Hospitality Administrative Assistant at the Grand Canyon University Hotel. They then moved on to Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in 2019, where they held the position of Food and Beverage Manager. In this role, they managed all areas of operations for four restaurant outlets, improved guest service scores, and identified opportunities for additional revenue. In 2021, Morgan joined Aloft Hotels as a Sales Coordinator and later became a Guest Services Manager. Finally, in 2022, they joined Paradox as a Client Success Specialist and later transitioned to an Associate Client Success Manager role.

Morgan Sampson holds a Bachelor of Science ( BS) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Grand Canyon University. In addition, Morgan has obtained a certification in Level 1 Customer Success Foundations from Growth Molecules™ in December 2022.
