Scott Tremper

Scott Tremper is an experienced marketing and creative professional with a diverse background in product design, marketing enablement, and film editing. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing Enablement at Paradox since August 2021, Scott previously held the position of Product Design Director at Traitify, contributing to the company's creative vision following its acquisition by Paradox. With a strong history in overseeing creative projects related to product and marketing, Scott has worked collaboratively with design, development, and psychology teams to innovate assessments and enhance user experiences. Prior to this, Scott operated as a freelance film editor and motion graphics artist from May 2009 to July 2011. Scott holds a degree in Communications with a focus on Digital Media and Film from Vanguard University of Southern California, completed in 2010.
