Yam Dvir

Yam Dvir's work experience begins with their current position as GM & VP Product at Paradox, a company that specializes in AI recruiting technology. In this role, they work with Paradox's flagship product, Olivia, an AI recruiting assistant that improves the candidate experience and streamlines the hiring process.

Before joining Paradox, Yam was the Co-Founder & CEO of Spetz, a platform that develops customizable chatbots for recruiters. Spetz was acquired by Paradox in December 2020, showcasing Yam's expertise in the recruitment industry.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Yam served as the GreenBiz Chief Program Manager at the IDC Entrepreneurship Club, where they designed the annual agenda and collaborated with leaders in sustainability and entrepreneurship.

Yam also gained experience as the Chief Marketing Officer at Alpaca Breeding Farm LTD and held the role of Tourism Sector Manager at Alpaca Farm.

To further their professional development, Yam participated in the TechQuartier Accelerator Program, where they honed their skills and networked with other professionals in the industry.

Yam Dvir began their education journey in 2004 at Sde Boker - High School for environmental studies, where they pursued a degree in Environmental Science. They completed their high school education in 2008. After that, from 2015 to 2018, Yam attended Reichman University (IDC Herzliya), where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management. In 2017 and 2018, they were also a student in the Zell Entrepreneurship Program at Reichman University. Following this, in 2020 and 2021, Yam joined the Hoffman Kofman Foundation to further enhance their knowledge in Leadership.
