Fredrik Ullberg

Fredrik Ullberg is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in multiple industries. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Paradox Interactive since January 2023, Fredrik previously held significant roles such as Head of HR Nordics & APAC at SIX and HR Consultant at Jurek Rekrytering & Bemanning. Prior experience includes positions at Crane Currency, Medivir AB, Skanova, IMO AB, and Pfizer Health AB, where responsibilities encompassed HR project management, trade union relations, compensation and benefits policy design, and recruitment.
