Marine Mazel has a diverse work experience in various roles. Marine started their career as a Digital Content Manager at Vivre le Japon from September 2012 to January 2014. Marine then worked as an Account Manager at Argus de la Presse from September 2014 to April 2016. Following that, they worked as a Press Relations Specialist at A+ Conseils from May 2016 to August 2016, where they managed crisis communication and PR consulting for international organizations. From September 2016 to June 2019, Marine worked at Minuit Douze as a Press Relations Specialist, where they formed and implemented local PR plans for clients such as Warner Bros. games and Bethesda. Currently, they are working at Paradox Interactive since June 2019 as a Product Marketing Manager. In this role, they focus on marketing strategies and campaign executions for various games such as Age of Wonders 4 and Prison Architect. Marine ensures alignment and understanding between development and marketing teams, creates marketing go-to-market plans, and manages budgets.

Marine Mazel completed their education in a chronological order, starting from 2009 and ending in 2012. Marine pursued their undergraduate studies at Université Paris-Sorbonne, where they earned a Licence degree in Littérature et Civilisation Anglophones. Following this, in 2010, they enrolled at Mount Holyoke College, where they completed a College Degree with a focus on International Relations and Affairs. Finally, they returned to Université Paris-Sorbonne for their Master's degree, specializing in American/United States Studies/Civilization.
