Roger Miller

Roger Miller has extensive work experience in various organizations. Roger is currently serving as the Senior Director, Justice Account at Paradyme Management Inc. since December 2020. Prior to this, they had a long tenure with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), starting in 2012. At the FBI, they held several roles including Assistant Section Chief, where they had oversight of approximately 150 staff and served as the Acting Deputy Director of IT & Operation Services and Engagement and Analysis Branches. Roger also served as the Unit Chief and Law Enforcement Officers Killed and Assaulted (LEOKA) Program Supervisor. Before joining the FBI, Roger worked as an Instructor/Coordinator I at the NC Department of Justice. Roger also gained experience as a Law Enforcement Analyst at Lockheed Martin and as a Master Police Officer at the City of Virginia Beach Police Department. Roger began their career in the US Navy as an MA3.

Roger Miller completed their Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security from Saint Leo University from 2018 to 2020. In September 2022, they obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 5 Government Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc.
