Rose Luczak, SHRM-SCP, PCCS has a Bachelor's degree in Management with an HR emphasis from George Mason University - School of Business. Rose also holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Northern Virginia Community College.

In terms of certifications, Rose has obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in January 2021.
