Abhinav Gupta

Abhinav Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Abhinav currently serves as the Head of Strategic Projects at Parag Milk Foods. In their previous role as the Chief Business Officer at SILA, they successfully drove disruptive business growth, achieving a 110% increase in new business within 9 months. Abhinav also played a significant role in marketing, business strategy, and P&L management, as well as business development, securing B2B contracts with numerous national and regional businesses.

Prior to their role at SILA, Abhinav worked at Trent Hypermarket Pvt Ltd-Star Bazaar, where they held positions such as National Head of Trade and Manager of Strategy & New Projects. During their time there, they established an e-commerce business from scratch and implemented various business processes to drive efficiencies and higher ROI.

Before their tenure at Trent Hypermarket, Abhinav gained experience at Reliance Retail and Mother Dairy, where they held roles in promotions, pricing, sales, and marketing. Additionally, they worked as a Summer Intern at Honeywell International, where they conducted market research and analysis.
