Natalie Robertson had over seven years experience in office administration before joining the Paragon 360 team. Natalie has consistently been involved in the construction, AV and design industry, working in both Springfield, MO, and Denver, CO. She has developed impressive interpersonal and administrative skills from accounting to event planning and travel management.
She loves to keep busy and enjoys adding a standard operation procedure to everything she does in both her personal and professional life. “An object in motion, stays in motion” is Natalie’s mantra. She is going to use her previous office management experience to help create a productive, efficient and fun environment at Paragon 360. Her responsibilities will include being the first impression clients interact with as she greets guests, directs traffic and manages hospitality. She also helps manage the inter office schedules, prepares conference rooms and is the central hub for all of Paragon's travel bookings.
In her personal time, Natalie likes to relax by being outdoors. She enjoys visiting the Ozark Mountains whether it be backpacking, kayaking, camping or just a peaceful walk. Natalie is an Ozark native and feels grateful to live somewhere so beautiful. Besides the outdoors, she also enjoys the culinary world. She often grows veggies in her garden and concocts delicious meals for her friends and family. She will try any dish once, or maybe twice if she isn’t sure on the first taste. Natalie also loves animals and has some fluffy friends of her own. She has a Great Pyrenees and two kitties she absolutely adores.
