Sierra Thorson

Sierra Thorson has over 10 years of experience in the medical industry, where she excelled in many areas including patient satisfaction. She has worked in various roles such as an Authorization/Referral Coordinator, Provider Technical Specialist, and Customer Advocate. Sierra enjoys working with the people and training new employees. In addition, she has a keen ability to rapidly understand and execute complex processes and has experience in auditing claims, tracking and posting payments, and creating spreadsheets to track large projects. She is a self-motivated individual who takes the initiative and is always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.

Outside of work, Sierra enjoys spending time with her family. She loves the outdoors and likes to hike and camp. She and her husband also enjoy working on their 1990 GMC Suburban. When she's not working or spending time with her family, Sierra enjoys crafting.
