Jill Jurgens, FCCA, possesses extensive experience in financial and operational management across various companies. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Paragon Banking Group PLC since July 2018, Jill has previously held key roles including Senior Operations Manager and Financial Controller in Development Finance at the same organization. Prior to this, Jill was Financial Controller at Titlestone Property Finance and worked as Investment Accountant at CarVal Investors.
