John Phillipou

John Phillipou currently serves as a Member of the Board at Leaseurope and holds a dual role as Chair and Member of the Board of Directors at the Finance & Leasing Association. Since August 2019, John has been the Managing Director of SME Lending at Paragon Banking Group PLC. Previously, John was the Chief Executive Officer at PEAC - Pan European Asset Company from May 2017 to August 2019 and served as Managing Director at Deutsche Leasing (UK) Ltd. and Deutsche Leasing (Ireland) Ltd. from July 2004 to May 2016. John's earlier experience includes a position as Business Development Manager at Citi Group and as Area Sales Manager at JCB Finance Ltd. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Geography from the University of Portsmouth, obtained between 1990 and 1993.
