Rachael Arundel, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), has extensive experience in the field of learning and development, currently serving as Development Consultant - Digital Lead at Paragon Banking Group PLC since July 2016, where previous roles included Digital Learning Consultant and Learning and Development Officer in HR. Rachael's career began with various roles in sales and customer service at companies such as Fired Earth, Kurt Geiger, and Hobbs Ltd.
