Daniel Rivas

Daniel Rivas has over 15 years of experience in the gaming and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Gaming Operations Manager at Paragon Casino Resort since November 2012, Daniel oversees the daily operations of table games and slot operations, while previously holding the position of Shift Manager which involved managing team development, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as a Service Technician at RRG Technologies from March 2005 to November 2011, focusing on DELL desktop and ESF server support, and adhering to service level agreements. Daniel began their career as a Booker at ParkPlace Mercedes from October 1998 to November 1999. Daniel holds a degree in Hotel Management from Central Texas College and has educational experience from the University of Houston and Lamar High School.
